Key Bills
Senate Bill 126 -- Eliminates state income tax on gas and electric utilities and returns savings to customers.  Passed Senate 40-0.
Senate Bill 24 -- Adjusts/lowers the return for the transmission delivery charge (TDC) to lower rates.  Same as House Bill 2080 .
